    Depending on your needs and budget, you can choose to collect from our Torquay workshop, we can arrange delivery with specialist furniture movers, or use a palletised courier service to your property or closest depot.

Furniture mover delivery

We work with specialist furniture movers who deliver Australia-wide. Where possible, we prioritise owner-operated freight companies.

> Delivery is made inside your home (ground floor only).

> The freight company will contact you directly to arrange the delivery window.

> Transit time varies from 1-4 weeks, depending on your location

> Additional charges may apply for difficult access or excess weight

> All deliveries are covered by freight insurance.

Palletised Delivery Service

For smaller items such as timber vanities and shaving cabinets, we use palletised freight through couriers such as TNT, FedEx or Northline.

Delivery FAQ

Yes absolutely! There are a couple of things to consider:

  • There is no packaging / pallet included. We can do this for you however, there is an additional charge to cover materials and packing time.
  • We strongly advise you to arrange insurance.
  • You need to advise us with 48 hours notice of when the freight company is coming, so everything is easily accessible.
  • Our opening hours for collection are Monday - Thursday 8am - 3pm.

Yes absolutely! There are a couple of things to consider:

  • There is no packaging/pallet included. We can do this for you however there is an additional charge to cover materials and wrapping time or you can bring your own.
  • You need to advise us of when you are coming so everything is easily accessible.
  • Our opening hours for collection are Monday - Thursday 8am - 3pm.

We will advise you of the estimated delivery date. The furniture moving companies will then contact you directly a couple of days prior to the delivery with the time.
As these are external companies, we cannot guarantee the delivery day or time.

TNT will send you automated emailed notifying you of the different stages of the delivery process such as when collection has occurred and the expected delivery day.

Rarely, an item can get damaged in transit. We highly recommend each item is carefully checked over when you receive it. If there is damage, the item should get sent straight back with the freight company so we can rectify it.

Yes! All timber furniture and joinery items are covered by transit insurance if it is delivered by us or an external freight company.

Furniture mover delivered items are protected by delivery blankets whilst in transit.

Palletised items are protected by foam wrap, cardboard corners and a layer of plywood. These
